The VSoft Business Platform is a solution of the BPMS class (Business Process Management System) that enables the comprehensive modeling, monitoring, and optimization of an application and its integration with the environment.

The VSoft Business Platform enables the configuration of all the elements of the created application:

• user’s interface (presentation layer);
• business process (business logic layer);
• data structures (data layer).

VBP helps to define a comprehensive model of business process management, starting from the ground level of strategic decisions, through developing and implementing business processes, and ending with the monitoring of the respective progress and improvement.
VBP enables the comprehensive management of the processes that are involved in the framework of a specific application, and it helps to find the processes that meet the specific criteria (e.g., state of progress – awaiting execution, completed, etc.). There is also the possibility of following the implementation of the selected process, so that it is visible as to which operations have been made, which ones are awaiting to be executed, what was the state of the processing, and what data have been entered, etc.

VSoft Business Platform provides the opportunity to monitor the processes that are carried out in the application, collecting data related to it, and making them available in order to calculate the indicators, in turn enabling the analysis of the quality and effectiveness of the modeled processes. The collected data are presented in a user-friendly form of graphs and charts. VBP supports the phase of measurement that is based on observing the element of the process and collecting the results of the observation, and it also supports the phase of the analysis of the collected data and their visualization. The VBP environment enables integration with other systems and the usage of external tools e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Business Intelligence (Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and Integration Services), SharePoint, MS Exchange, Active Directory, etc. The VSoft Business Platform also enables simple and secure modifications to the systems that are created on its basis. Therefore, business activity is adjusted quickly and flexibly to the current market needs or to a new offer.

Comfortable working environment
The VSoft Business Platform comprises an application server and the VSoft Business Studio – a tool that supports the modeling of the application in a graphical and intuitive way. VSoft Business Studio is an environment of teamwork, and it is based on the best standards of RAD environments (Rapid Development – an environment for the quick creation of an application). VBS is used to configure the application by a substantive administrator. Teamwork is supported by the service of the version server (a tool of versioning configuration), and it guarantees the collection of the detailed record of the changes made. Furthermore, VSoft Business Studio enables the free export and import of the application’s configuration and, due to this fact, their transfer between the environments (development, test, and production environment) is thereby made very simple.
VSoft Business Studio enables one to easily configure all of the elements of the created application:

• structure of the data together with dictionaries;
• processes and tasks related to them;
• user interface (menu, lists, forms, documents, and reports);
• authorization for the particular elements of the menu and the tasks in the process.

VBS supports the incremental model of work through the possibility of the quick checking of the created components (processes simulation, preview of the created forms, lists, and formulae evaluation), even if they are not in their final stage. VSoft Business Platform makes multiple functionalities accessible.
