VSoft Broker/Insurance is a system designed for operating all channels of policies sales. The adopted elementary sales process includes the whole cycle of transactions from defining the Customer’s needs, selecting appropriate products, comparing offers of different insurance companies, their conditions and variants, through sales and payment service, ending at settlements with Insurers.
VSoft Broker/Insurance also simplifies after-sales actions like the following: process of issuing appendices, duplicates, reminders, lists etc. Personal data collected during the process of conducting a policy agreement are stored in the system – it allows to use them later in order to conduct and renew sequential contracts that distinctly hastens customer service and enables taking precise and mass marketing actions. Modeling products regularizes information requisite for taking out insurance that considerably limits the risk of errors occurrence. VSoft Broker/Insurance also enables defining the expected parameters such as a type, size or defined formula with the use of information entered earlier, and it secures validation of data entered by a user. The attached scoring engine allows to define conditions, to rate risk and calculate the insurance contribution. It limits the possibility of mistakes made by final users to which they are exposed while individual calculating the contributions with the help of complex rates, and while taking into account increases and decreases resulting from the raised risks and valid promotions.  

The reports templates, that are attached to the system, allow to receive the activity vision and to compare activity results for the configured periods. The collected data may be used to generate reports ad hoc depending on current analytic, comparative and predictive needs. Simple and intuitive operation is conducive to new users implementation.
The solution is based on a modern tool of process management (Business Process Management).
