Process of software production
Each product created within a solution is created in the process defined by our own methodology. It has been established on our long-term experience related to creating software and also to the desire to meet the Client’s expectations. Our methodology of creating software is based on leading solutions guaranteeing high efficiency and the best quality of the created product.
We use such templates like Microsoft Solution Framework and agile methods like: Scrum, Extreme Programming or Prince2 methodology. Our work has been based on the server of group cooperation Microsoft Team Server, which enables an extremely efficient management of, not only the project, but also the entire process.
Creating applications, which meet the Client’s expectations, is impossible without the contact with them. Allowing each user to report ideas or problems and involving interested persons in the process of defining solutions are just a few ways of guaranteeing fully valuable products.
The process of building an application imposes creating products of high quality. Within the company, the Quality Department is responsible for defining the quality conditions for the processes in the company, and it conducts internal audits of the process of process production and the solution process.
In order to guarantee the best quality of our solutions, our company runs programme tests, (known as unit tests) for the created application code, static analyses of the code (with regard to the project, used terminology, efficiency, security, etc.). These functions are done daily by the integrating server, which allows any problems to be discovered in the early stage of creating the application.
Within the Quality Department, there is Development Team who care for using the appropriate technologies and evaluate their usefulness and quality. They also recommend and assess subsystems in order to use the already-checked solutions. It allows to find and use the best solution for the Client’s needs.
